Blocks are done and sashed. Purchased 2 border fabrics for it also. Will not be quilted till later though.

Five and Dime Blocks

These are five and dime blocks I am working on.  Many triangles and they  get  smaller and more and more. There is 12 blocks and I have five done so I will show you when completed.

New Quilt

Blocks are all sewn together now I have to shop for fabric to finish borders , backing, and binding.

So far this month this is what I have to show as I am working on a curtain order and a few other things going on.  Log Cabin table runner.

2011 Sewing coming up

November Update

Well it certainly has been awhile since my last post. Busy with quilt guilds and a sewing group.
Bought a house and started a buisness.

Did manage to start a new quilt though. Here is what I am working on in photo which is baby size so I will be making it bigger of course. So there you have it busy busy probably like my fellow bloggers. I am using same colors. Will post after I manage to get some blocks sewen together

As summer is winding downI am able to return to blogland and my sewing. Still things to do  before school returns September 7.  I was starting to have a lot of sewing withdrawl however.

These are the 7 inch squares in the colors of the babies room. Chocolate browns and pinks. Joining rows at this time so will be posting finished top soon.

I have a baby quilt on the go which will be big enough to carry through to toddler size. I have another cut for myself  and am doing the disappearing 9 patch.

Spring Quilt

The blocks are all sewen together. Off on mini holiday next week so won't be able to finish for a bit. This one is for backyard laying around tanning,  taking on picnics, beach  fun in the sun stuff.  It is nice and bright and springy but the colors do not seem to come out right on here.  Happy Sewing to you all!!!

Spring Quilt

Blocks are  complete now to figure out my borders and cut those and more sewing.  I made 35 blocks at 12 and a half inches.

New colors to work with. A new spring quilt a coming all indue time. Just finished all the cutting and will now be able to start sewing.
